47 minutes, about 4.5 miles, I think. Ran the park trail, both sides. A little too warm for pants and double top layers, but not bad. Good end for the year.

10 miles on Monon w/ Heather. Kelly joined us for the first 2 so she could do a shorter run (back from injury). 52 out 50 back. About 30* . Felt good, longest run since marathon. :)

Thursday December 27th

Ran about 2.5 miles today, I think 26 minutes? Around 35* probably, wasn't too bad in shorts and layers up top.

Nicole texted me today saying that Denise Brewer died yesterday. So sad.

around 35 degrees. got warmed up about 20 minutes in, picked it up the last 15 or 20.
